Terms and Conditions

GENERAL INFORMATION-

-Once an order is placed, the order is FINAL.  

-Once an order is placed we cannot make ANY CHANGES to the order.

Shipping Information (CONT.)-

PROCESSING TIMES ARE CURRENTLY 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS

**If an order is 'returned to sender' for any reason, such as undeliverable address. Once it is returns back to us, we will email you at the email provided to notify you of the package return.  

You WILL have to provide;

- An alternate address

- As well as cover the additional re-shipment fee. 

If the alternate shipping address and re-shipment fee is not provided within 30 days the order will be considered 'abandoned'.  

**NO remakes, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for returned orders if past 30 days.**

RETURNS/EXCHANGES-

Due to the nature of the items ordered being custom to order, we are not accepting exchanges or returns, if you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

APPLICATION OF YOUR DECAL-

We are NOT responsible for damages that occur at the time of application,

if you require assistance in application, please reach out to us or text the phone number listed below.

We ONLY recommend rubbing or isopropyl alcohol to clean any surface you are applying a decal to.  

REMAKE/REPLACEMENT POLICY-

If your decal arrives and is not the correct spelling, font, color, size. Please contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, we allow up to 3 days after delivery confirmation. We cannot remake or provide a replacement for a decal that has already been applied to a surface.  The decal must be intact exactly as received.  You will be required to provide photographs of the decal.
